I wish to transfer between schools in Barbados, do I need to apply for a new Student Visa or new Student Registration status before I can transfer?
You are required to complete Forms H-1, H-2 and H-4.
- H-1 is completed by the applicant.
- H-2 and H-4 forms are completed and filed by the school.
For "Registered Students", no forms are required to be submitted to the Immigration Department: instead, a letter from the old school stating that the applicant has left that school and a letter of acceptance from the new school are to be submitted to the Immigration Department by each school on behalf of the applicant.
