Passports

Do I need to make an appointment to submit my passport application, or can I just drop it off at the Barbados Immigration Department's offices?

Applicants are advised to make an appointment to submit their application. That way your interview with an Immigration Officer can take place at the same time, and it also has the benefit of them checking through your documents with you in person to make sure everything is in order, so that processing of your passport application can begin without delay.

Of course, sometimes you may face an emergency situation and have no time or opportunity to make a request for a prior appointment. In this event, urgent passport applications are facilitated without the need for a prior appointment.
