Certificates should normally issue between 3 and 4 months following submission of a complete application, supporting documents and a satisfactory interview. All will depend on the complexity of your application and whether all supporting documents are furnished at the time of application submission. We are working to improve Certificate issuing times. At the moment the average issuing time is between 3-5 months depending on the enquiries we need to undertake when considering your application.
